Register with email and password on Account. Enter the 6-digit OTP from your inbox to verify before checkout.
A1.02 Why is email verification required?
Verified email unlocks checkout and keeps order, tracking, and support messages on the right inbox. Resend OTP anytime from Account if it expired.
A1.03 Where can I see past seed orders?
Sign in and open My orders for history, totals, and dispatch updates linked to your profile.

B2.01 How do I track a seed parcel?
Use order number + email on Track order. Status mail goes out after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.
B2.02 Can I cancel before dispatch?
Yes — raise a hold from Track & Support while the order is pre-dispatch. After courier handoff, use the returns path instead.
B2.03 When do confirmation emails arrive?
Immediately after checkout. Prepaid orders continue to the payment gateway; COD orders queue for moisture-safe packing once confirmed.

C3.01 How are seeds packed?
Packets leave the vault in moisture-barrier pouches inside rigid cartons so germination quality holds through transit.
C3.02 Wrong variety or damaged seal?
Open a case within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. See Returns & Credit for eligibility.
C3.03 Do you guarantee germination?
We ship sowing-grade HSN 1209 stock. Germination still depends on soil, climate, and storage after delivery — crop yield is not warranted.

D4.03 Is prepaid shipping free?
