1. Coverage

The vault ships sealed sowing packets to serviceable Indian pincodes. Remote or restricted zones may require prepaid settlement only.

• Metro corridors: 3–5 business days after handoff
• Tier-2 / Tier-3 cities: 5–7 business days
• Deep hinterland: 7–10 business days

4. Packing standard

Seeds leave the vault in moisture-barrier pouches inside rigid cartons. Avoid leaving parcels in direct sun after delivery; move packets to a cool, dry shelf promptly.

5. Delays

Courier disruptions, weather, or address corrections can extend transit. Track updates appear under Track & Support once the AWB is generated.
