Terms of Vault Use

1. Binding ledger entry

Accessing Appily Fortynine or completing a checkout creates a binding commercial record with APPILY FORTYNINE SEED VAULT PRIVATE LIMITED. These Terms of Vault Use replace any earlier storefront notices for HSN 1209 sowing-seed purchases.

APPILY FORTYNINE SEED VAULT PRIVATE LIMITED, GSTIN 29AABCF4949H1Z7 operates the Seed Vault Ledger from Vault 49, Greenhouse Commons, Hebbal Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560024. Day-to-day vault direction is held by Ananya Krishnamurthy.

3. What you are buying

Listings describe sealed sowing stock intended for planting. Packet photography shows the botanical variety; batch artwork and fill weights may vary within ordinary agricultural tolerances. Germination depends on soil, climate, storage after delivery, and grower practice — crop yield is not warranted.

• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) for sowing-grade HSN 1209 inventory.
• Vault inventory rotates; a variety may move to waitlist without notice.
• “Standard” variants mean sealed retail packets unless a weight is stated on the product page.

4. Account integrity

5. Payment rails
