Returns & Credit Policy

1. When a return is eligible

Raise a return within 7 days of delivery with clear photographs if (a) the wrong SKU arrived, (b) the sealed packet is crushed or torn in transit, or (c) the contents materially differ from the product title on the invoice.

2. Items that stay in the vault

• Opened or resealed packets where germination integrity cannot be confirmed
• Stock stored contrary to the packet guidance after delivery
• Returns missing original outer carton or batch label
• Buyer’s remorse after a correctly delivered sealed variety

3. Credit path

Approved prepaid orders are refunded to the original rail within 7–10 business days. Approved COD orders are credited by bank transfer within 7–10 business days after we receive return bank details. Replacement dispatch may be offered instead of a cash credit when the same SKU is in vault stock.

4. How to open a case

Use Track & Support with your order number, or email hello@appilyfortynine.com. Cases without photos for damage claims may be returned for more evidence.
